My work is rooted in walking alongside individuals and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and life’s transitions with calm presence, education, and respect. As a doula, I offer steady emotional, physical, and informational support—holding space while you make empowered choices that feel right for you.

As an herbalist, I provide gentle, holistic herbal guidance rooted in traditional wisdom and informed by safety and intention. I see herbs as allies—supporting the body’s natural rhythms rather than overriding them. My approach is thoughtful, personalized, and always within a non-medical, wellness-focused scope.
